I'm a Relationship Educator, psychotherapist and speaker, but more than anything, I'm curious about people.
I'm curious about the stories we inherit. The beliefs we quietly carry. The conversations we never had. The moments that shape who we become without us even realising it.
For more than twenty years, I've worked across the NHS, education, local government, the voluntary sector and private practice, supporting children, young people, adults and families through some of life's most challenging moments. As a psychotherapist, my work is grounded in psychology, mental health and relational development. It's given me a unique window into the emotional lives of people—not just what they do, but why they do it.
Again and again, I've seen that behind the presenting problem is often a relationship. A relationship with ourselves. A parent. A partner. A child. Our past. Or the life we thought we'd have.
That's the conversation I love creating.
I often say that I don't teach people what to think. I create conversations that help them discover what has quietly been shaping them all along.
That philosophy sits at the heart of everything I do.
