Rebecca Jo-Rushdy is the founder of Spark Joy & Flow and the first Master KonMari® Consultant based in Edinburgh, Scotland. She helps individuals, organisations, and communities transform their spaces and lives by releasing what no longer serve - physically, emotionally, and intentionally.
With a background from Parsons School of Design and a career in luxury retail consulting and events, Rebecca brings a distinctive blend of aesthetic sensitivity, practical expertise, and emotional insight to her work. She draws from the wisdom of the KonMari Method® and Swedish Death Cleaning to support people navigating life transitions such as downsizing, grief, loss, and changing seasons of life - or simply a desire to live more intentionally.
Rebecca is also a certified End-of-Life Doula, bringing a deeper understanding of grief, mortality, legacy, and the many forms of letting go. She is passionate about helping people consciously shape what they want to carry forward, what they are ready to release, and the legacy they want to leave behind.
In addition to her client practice, Rebecca serves as a Success Coach for KonMari Consultants worldwide, offering mentorship, training, and community support to help fellow professionals thrive. She also facilitates workshops and speaks for corporations, government agencies, and NGOs on the power of decluttering to create focus, resilience, and joy.
A mother of two, Rebecca is passionate about creating space for what matters most - at home, at work, and throughout the many transitions of life.
