As a key member of the sales team, Phil has worked at Challs for over a quarter of a century.

His passion for new business development and wealth of experience has helped extend widespread distribution of the Buster and Bin Buddy brand, recruiting many of the UK’s top retailers along the way.

Phil, married to Becky, values family hugely and enjoys spending time and having fun with their two offspring - not needing too much of an excuse to organise a good get together.
