Monica Fay is a Professional Organizer, TEDx speaker, and a leading voice in the conversation about clutter, culture, and mental wellness. She helps people untangle the deep emotional roots of disorganization and create systems that support who they really are.
Over fifteen years, Monica has decluttered hundreds of homes in person and worked with thousands of people online. She is the founder of The Big Let Go, a global membership community where people declutter together while she guides them through the deeper forces shaping their relationship with their belongings, and of Organizer Accelerator, serving professional organizers in more than 70 countries. Her podcast, The Big Let Go, streams in 68 countries, and her TEDx talk, "How To Declutter When You Feel Like A Failure," has been viewed hundreds of thousands of times.
Monica is the producer of Decluttering Around the World, a global docuseries filmed across the UK, Morocco, Hong Kong, Singapore, and India — the first organizing series to ask why clutter accumulates in the first place. An international keynote speaker featured on CBS, NBC, ABC, Real Simple, and Better Homes & Gardens, she appears regularly as an on-air organizing expert and has spoken for brands including Hyatt, Airbnb, and Scripps.
Her RYT-500 yoga certification, earned in Mysore, India, grounds her framework in ancient principles of non-attachment, and she is pursuing graduate study in Sociology. Monica teaches people to think differently about their stuff, and her mission is to disrupt the organizing world with a radically honest, inclusive, and liberating approach to letting go.
