Laura Bright

Hi, I’m Laura aka Mrs Bright Sparkle. I’m a home girl through and through — I love cleaning, staying organised, and finding new ways to cope with the demands of everyday life while keeping my home running smoothly. I’m always on the lookout for new brands and products to try, which is one of the reasons I absolutely love the Home, Life & You Show.

I’m a wife, a mam of two boys, and a fur‑mam to my little Spark. Family means everything to me, especially my mam and dad — they’ve always been my biggest supporters in everything I do.

I’ve been coming to the Home, Life & You Show for three years now, and it has genuinely helped me grow in so many ways. It’s helped me understand myself better, given me amazing tips for my home and organising, and it’s given me the confidence to speak openly about mental health — stamping out the stigma, sharing my story, and supporting others.

The show even encouraged me to start my own mental health campaign on social media, something I’m incredibly proud of. As a mental health nurse, it’s a career I’m passionate about, but being able to share that passion on every level feels so important.

I’ve met so many like‑minded people through this community — friends for life who continue to support and inspire me long after the show ends. I’ve always loved cleaning and being organised, and for years I thought it was just something I got from my mam… but being part of this community showed me I’m not alone.

I’m really looking forward to the show this year, and if there’s an opportunity to speak again, I’d be extremely grateful. Speaking last year meant so much — raising awareness around mental health, sharing how cleaning and organising has supported my journey, and stepping outside my comfort zone. That growth is hugely important to me and to my wellbeing.

The show has offered me so much more than I ever expected from confidence building and a huge social network to a real sense of community. It’s even opened up conversations around bereavement and grief, which meant a lot to me, as losing my Nanna Ella is something I’ve really struggled with. My Nanna loved cleaning and being organised just as much as I do, and she would have absolutely loved this show. I know she’d be proud of everything it has helped me achieve, the confidence I’ve gained, the people I’ve met, and the way I’ve grown so thank you.
