Kate May – Modern Day Mystic
Kate May is a renowned Tarot reader, Feng Shui consultant, author, tutor, speaker, and event organiser with almost 20 years of experience helping people create happier lives, healthier homes, and greater personal success. Using practical Feng Shui principles, Kate empowers individuals to align their environment through personalised remedies designed to rebalance the home using the five elements — Earth, Water, Fire, Wood, and Metal — while also helping to shift mindset and energy to attract positive change.
Known as the "Modern Day Mystic," Kate has been featured in magazines, media interviews, and podcasts, sharing her expertise in Tarot, Feng Shui, manifestation, and personal development. She is the creator of the popular Astro Tarot Deck and Mystic Messages Oracle Cards, and the author of several spiritual development books, journals, and manifestation guides.
Kate previously worked as a reader for Psychic Sisters after meeting the company's owner while working in Los Angeles. Kate organises psychic cruises, wellness fayres, retreats, mind-body-spirit events, and holistic workshops across the UK.
A mum of two teenage sons, Kate lives in Portsmouth with her husband Colin. Together they have worked throughout the UK, U.S.A sharing their knowledge through workshops, demonstrations, events, and private consultations,. In 2027 Kate will be adding Australia to this after being asked to do a talk at a large popular conference in Perth.
For the past eight years, Kate has successfully run her own coffee shop, creating a welcoming community space that combines a traditional café with crystals, spiritual gifts, and holistic products. It is also where she hosted many of her one-to-one consultations, workshops, and development classes, before returning home to work this year, and being more mobile for her clients.
Kate's spiritual journey began in her teenage years, studying Tarot, crystals, psychic development, manifestation, and energy work. More recently, she added Feng Shui to her professional practice, a decision she describes as life-changing.
