Hi, I'm Jasmina, a Professional Organiser, Declutterer and Certified Home Stager based in Brighton & Hove, working with clients across Sussex.
I believe that modern overconsumption often takes our attention away from what truly matters—our time, our health and the people we love. When our homes and workspaces become overwhelmed with possessions, they can create unnecessary stress and make everyday life feel more difficult than it needs to be. Decluttering and organising isn't just about creating a tidy home; it's about creating more time, space and freedom to enjoy life and make lasting memories.
I founded 40 Home Staging to help people simplify their homes and lives in a supportive, practical and non-overwhelming way. My goal is to improve people's quality of life by creating spaces that are functional, calm and tailored to their individual needs.
Drawing on my own life experiences and a long-standing passion for mental wellbeing, I offer a compassionate, non-judgemental approach to every client. I specialise in ADHD-friendly organising systems and provide sensitive grief decluttering support, recognising that every person's journey and circumstances are unique.
Alongside professional organising, I have many years of experience in construction and the property industry. This allows me to help homeowners, landlords and estate agents maximise a property's appeal through occupied home staging and property styling, helping homes sell faster and potentially achieve a higher sale price. I also provide packing and unpacking services to make house and office moves as smooth and stress-free as possible.
I hold full Public Liability Insurance and am a member of APDO UK (Association of Professional Declutterers & Organisers), where I also serve as a Campaign Manager, helping to raise awareness of the benefits of professional organising and more mindful consumption. I am also a certified member of Circular Economy Institute, if your goal is to be more environmentally friendly and learn about waste, that is one the areas I can help with.
When I'm not working, I'm a proud mum of two humans and one very large ginger dog. I enjoy music, sport, art and travelling—whether that's exploring somewhere new or discovering hidden gems closer to home. Above all, I love meeting people and hearing their stories. Every home has its own story, and I consider it a privilege to help people write the next chapter.
