She holds an MSc in Addiction Psychology, is an advanced practitioner of EFT tapping and is a registered member of the BACP.
Her work centres on HULP to HOPE, a framework built around her own coined term "hulp" - the swallowed howl-and-gulp of a suppressed feeling.
Before retraining in her mid-thirties, she spent years in a senior corporate marketing career.
She is based in Dorking, Surrey.
