My name is Helen, my company is Hearth and Home. For the past five years I've been helping people to overcome chronic disorganization, overwhelm and hoarding disorder. I operate in the cotswolds and I have a passion for researching family history.
I changed career direction from working in the board room of a social housing company to supporting people who are overwhelmed in their own home through an interest in understanding the mental health challenges around hoarding and chronic disorganization.
I love meeting people and discussing how I can help without judgement or pressure. The service I offer is holistic and one to one, creating a bespoke service in any environment and any age group.
