Hi! I'm Fi, a women's health fitness professional and the founder of Fitter Mother, a wellbeing brand dedicated to helping women build sustainable, realistic approaches to movement that fit into busy modern life.

With a strong focus on habit formation, behavioural psychology, and practical lifestyle design, I specialise in making health feel accessible rather than overwhelming, and empowering people to create environments that naturally support positive choices.

My work sits at the intersection of fitness, wellbeing, and everyday life. Rather than focusing solely on structured exercise, I prefer to explore how identity, environment, and routine shape long-term behaviour change. I am particularly interested in how small, intentional adjustments to a person’s surroundings can reduce friction, increase consistency, and help movement become an integrated part of daily living, something I advocate through my online 'Power of 15' membership and podcast, which encourages 'little and often' behaviour which meets women in their own space.  This approach underpins my “see it, do it” philosophy, which encourages individuals to design homes and routines that make healthy choices easier, more visible, and more intuitive.

As a fitness expert, I bring extensive experience delivering engaging, inclusive, and accessible movement sessions. Whatever the workout modality, I prioritise encouragement, confidence-building, and enjoyment over pressure or perfection. My sessions are known for being grounded, practical, and immediately applicable, helping participants leave with tools they can realistically implement in their own lives.

Alongside my work as a trainer and educator, I am also an experienced presenter within the wellbeing space, having delivered content for respected platforms including Liz Earle Wellbeing, WOMAD, and corporate events, bringing my expertise to audiences in both wellness and festival environments. These experiences have strengthened my ability to communicate complex behavioural ideas in an engaging, relatable, and down-to-earth way, ensuring my message resonates, and ultimately leave people feeling empowered.

My speaking style blends evidence-based insight with real-world practicality. Whilst I draw on behavioural science and coaching principles, I prefer to translate them into simple, actionable ideas that audiences can apply immediately. Wherever I am, my focus is always on removing barriers rather than adding pressure, helping people feel capable, motivated, and supported in making lasting change.

In my proposed session, “See It, Do It: Designing Your Home to Support Lasting Wellness Habits,” I would love to explore how home environments influence movement behaviours and overall wellbeing. I'll introduce the concept of intentional home design as a tool for habit formation, showing how visible, accessible, and thoughtfully chosen fitness equipment can act as a powerful cue for action. Rather than treating exercise as something separate from home life, I plan to reframe it as something that can be seamlessly embedded into everyday environments.

Attendees can expect a thoughtful and practical exploration of how to create spaces that inspire movement without adding complexity or guilt. I will offer realistic strategies that consider time constraints, family life, and mental load, making my approach particularly relevant for busy individuals seeking sustainable health solutions.

My intention it to bring a blend of professional expertise, lived understanding of modern lifestyle pressures, and a clear, relatable communication style, bridging the gap between wellbeing theory and everyday application, helping audiences move from intention to action in a way that feels achievable and empowering.
