For over eight years, I have studied and worked in the field of eating disorders, disordered eating, obesity and body image. My work brings together psychology, behaviour change and nervous system regulation to help people move from control, chaos and self-sabotage to steadiness and self-trust.
I trained at the National Centre for Eating Disorders as a Practitioner in Eating Disorders, Obesity and Nutrition, and have continued to upskill extensively in CPD training around disordered eating, neurodivergence and body image. I am also a Positive Psychology Practitioner, weaving strengths-based science into sustainable recovery.
Alongside my clinical work, I am the author of Food Freedom, a book exploring the psychological relationship to food, body image, body confidence and self-worth.
