Elizabeth Willetts is the Founder of Investing in Women - a female-empowering job board and community helping forward-thinking, family-friendly employers connect with talented professionals looking for fulfilling, flexible and part-time work.
An experienced recruiter with over 19 years’ experience, Elizabeth has worked both in-house at one of the Big Four and within one of the UK’s largest recruitment agencies. She is passionate about creating more opportunities for women to build successful careers, earn well and create working lives that genuinely fit around them.
Alongside Investing in Women, Elizabeth is also an Independent Utility Warehouse Partner, where she helps people save money on their household bills and supports women looking to create an additional, flexible income on their own terms. Having built the business around her own family and Investing in Women, she is particularly passionate about showing women that traditional employment isn’t the only route to financial independence, flexibility and fulfilment.
Elizabeth is also mum to two daughters, Emily and Annabelle, and a Cockerpoo called Willow. She is a passionate believer in the power of flexible work, entrepreneurship, and alternative ways of earning to help women remain financially independent, keep progressing, and build lives that work for them.
Her debut book, Flex - a dynamic guide for anyone wanting to build a successful career on their terms - was published in January 2025.
