Kicks Count

Elizabeth is CEO of the charity Kicks Count and was diagnosed with ADHD last year. Having always been labelled "messy" and "disorganised", she struggled with a lot of the conventional advice on how to get tidy and stay organised so she had to find her own way.

Her ADHD diagnosis helped her understand and accept that there isn't a one-size-fits-all approach to life, especially when it comes to routines, systems, and staying on top of the chaos. Now, she's passionate about sharing the tips and mindset shifts that have worked for her to embrace neurodiversity and reduce overwhelm. Her advice doesn't just help those with ADHD, it can also support people who live with someone who is neurodivergent (diagnosed or not), or who simply don't share the same systems and approaches as the people they live with.
