Chloe Farrelly is a property investor, speaker and event host. In 2023, at 38 weeks pregnant with her third child, she made the life changing decision to take voluntary redundancy from her corporate career to start her own business.
Since then, Chloe has built a successful career while raising three young children and, in 2025, was named Property Investor of the Year. Alongside her business, she is the founder of Mums in Property, hosts networking events and regularly speaks at events across the UK.
