Build & Breakdown Access Form

Build & Breakdown Pass

All individuals coming onsite during the Build or Breakdown period are required to complete this form and confirm they have read and understood the Side Rules & Site Induction, found here.

• Please have the confirmation email of your registration available at the site entrance - either in digital or printed format - to present and have exchanged for a contractor wristband by security at the door.
• To prevent any potential delays, we strongly advise completing your registration ahead of time.
• The data collected from this form is shared with the relevant parties involved in the organisation of the event.

This form will close on Monday 12th October, but if you have not filled it in by then, please don’t worry!

For Build & Breakdown Access you can sign up onsite directly with security. Either on the Lorry Doors or the Contractor Entrance at the front of the hall, you can sign up with the security guard and they will give you are red wristband. The wristband will grant you access for the entire day on Friday 16th October.

The same procedure will apply on Breakdown, Sunday 18th October.
